Good Morning Friends,

For those of you that haven't been following for the past few days, I went to a CK Scrapbook Convention in Lancaster, PA over the weekend.  I would like to show you one of the "Make & Takes" that I made from the company Stamplistic.  If you would like to learn more about them; go HERE and their store is HERE.  This is the make & take that I made. I mounted it on this gray shiny background so you could see it better, I haven't decided what kind of card I will make with it yet.

I fussy cut out the piece on top and then we went around and added glue to every where we wanted crystal....we were supposed to push the crystal in with our fingers...I had a lady standing behind me asking me questions...sigh...I forgot that step...we then brushed off the crystal and added these swarovski crystal.  It is more beautiful in person than it is in this picture.

Here is what I bought from this company for future use.

Oh I also bought a jar of crystals that are not in the picture.  I wanted to buy more of the Swarovski Crystals but they sold out quickly.  I will buy more from their on-line store when my credit card stops smoking!  Yes my friends, it is actually smoking...well I bought all of this at just one booth!  The deal at this booth was buy both of the punches get $8.00 off.  I really needed these punches and have wanted them for a long time so that makes it okay right?

I am entering this card into the following challenges: - Anything Goes Use Loose Glitter - #82 Anything Goes With Optional Sentiment - #4 Anything Goes

Thanks so much for stopping by!  I appreciate all of your comments!

Hello Friends,
I just received an e-mail from my good bloggy friend Diana Larson over at  Diana and I have been friends in the blogamosphere for well over 4 years.  She just checked to make sure she was a follower of my blog and was very surprised to discover that she wasn't.  A month or so ago, my blog blew up and when it came back I had lost over 200 followers.  Would you please take a few moments to check and make sure you are still following me?  Thanks so much!  I will be back with a project tomorrow.  I am still recovering from the Scrapbook Convention.

There's A Prize At The End Of This Post..

Hello My Friends,

By the time you are reading this I will be on my way (with my next door neighbor and pretend daughter Jen to the Scrapbook Convention in Lancaster, PA, whoo hoo!  I am so excited!  I have never been to one before.

Today my project is a Birthday card that I made for a little girl in the neighborhood. You know I have my gal pals that range in age from 5-10.  I enjoy hanging around with them more than grown-ups.  They don't gossip and they love making crafts as much as I do.

I made a flower out of the scraps of paper, it kind of blends into the background but I think I like that.  Can you tell by how foo foo this card is that I was trying to keep myself busy until it was time to go and pack?  I am so excited!  Here is a close up of the digital stamp.
